What is Botox?

These injections are quick and relatively painless, and we use topical numbing cream if needed. Dr. Stanitsas injects small amounts of the treatment into specific areas of your face to get the desired look. 

There’s no downtime following Botox injections. However, Dr. Stanitsas recommends you avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 hours to reduce the risk of bruising. You should also avoid massaging or rubbing the areas that you received the injections in order to prevent the treatment from spreading. 

When can I expect results from Botox?

Botox may take 3-5 days* to appear and all should have full effect by the 14th day.
